Who we are
This website belongs to ElusiveShell design. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the site collects and what we do with it.
What you send us when you get in touch
When you fill out the contact or quote form, we receive what you type: usually your name, phone number, email address, and a message about the work you need. We use this information to respond to your request and for nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not share it for advertising.
How your message reaches us and where it is stored
- Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. Web3Forms processes your message only to email it to us.
Consent to contact you
Our form carries a consent line beside the send button. By sending a message, you agree that ElusiveShell design may call, text or email you about your project. You can opt out at any time by telling us to stop. The form records which version of that consent wording you saw, so we can honor your choice.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not run cross-site tracking or targeted advertising.
How long we keep your information
We keep lead and contact information until you ask us to delete it.
Deleting your information
Ask any time. Use the contact form on our home page, call or text (507) 420-1967, or email elusiveshell@outlook.com. Tell us the name, phone number, or email address you used so we can find your records. We will delete them from live storage.
Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some states also write these rights into law:
California (CCPA and CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using any method listed in the deletion section above. We respond to every request.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
